Tombstone in my yard

I bought my house from a foreclosure without really checking it out. I had been inside it only once and just glanced over the property. So I was fairly surprised by what I found in the side yard
I dont think anyone is actually buried in my yard. I believe the kids that used to live here just stole someones headstone.




But I suppose there is really only one way to find out for sure

  12. Probably shouldn't desecrate the grave. Especially since I think it is illegal to bother people's grave sights. Which is why gravedigging is illegal.
